Refund & Return Policy

  1. Return Period

    • Customers may request a return (withdrawal) within 30 days from the date of receiving the product.

  2. Return Process

    • If the order is already in the shipping process, it can only be processed as a return, not a cancellation. 

  3. Return Costs

    • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs (both ways).
    • In the case of returns due to defects in the product, the product price, including the return cost, will be refunded.
    • Exceptions: Some products, such as custom-made items, may not be eligible for returns.
    • How to Request a Return: Customers can submit a return request via email or through the provided customer support (Contact) channels.
    • Refund processing time: After the returned item arrives at our facility and inspection is completed, refunds to the original payment method will be processed within 5-10 business days.
