Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Period

   • Customers may request a return (withdrawal) within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.

2. Return Process

   • If the order is already in the shipping process, it can only be processed as a return, not a cancellation.

3. Return Costs

   • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs (both ways).
   • Exceptions: Some products, such as custom-made items, may not be eligible for returns.
